Corrugated Cardboard Lined with Lightlon (Polyethylene Seet)
The water-resistant polyethylene lining works as a buffer when attached to corrugated cardboard. The boxes with Lightlon are ideal for carrying components. Anti-static linings (red or blue) are also available for electronic components. You can select either from single-sided lining or double-sided lining.
Corrugated Cardboard Lined with Kinoclith(Pulp Npn Woven Fabric)
Absorbent pulp non-woven fabric is lined with a corrugated cardboard as a water and oil absorbing buffer. The boxes with Kinocloth are ideal for carrying components that need special treatment. You can select either from single-sided lining or double-sided lining.
Corrugated Cardboard Lined with Putiputi(Bubble sheet)
Bubble wrap, the famous buffer material, is lined with a corrugated cardboard. The boxes with Putiputi are ideal for carrying components that need extra care. The size of the bubble wrap and the direction of lining can be customized according to the packaging material.
Die Cutter and Slitter
A corrugated cardboard is die cut out into a large sheet with the maximum size of 1500 × 1100 mm by Thomson Die and a cutter. The smoother mass-production can be achieved using a cutting plotter in combination.
A buffer material such as Lightlon, Kinocloth and Putiputi is lined to a corrugated cardboard by using a special laminator.
Triple wall corrugated cardboard, plastic corrugated cardboard, and cardboard cores can be customized using our large-scale plotter (2900 x 1600 mm) and CAD (AutoCAD and BOX-Vellum), not to mention small-lot production and prototype development.
A corrugated cardboard is printed on by a large scale UV inkjet printer (2500 x 1300 mm) and Illustrator (CS5). POP ads can also be printed on a plastic cardboard or other material.
Assembly and Partitioning
Cardboard blanks are formed into boxes using a gluer and wiring machine. Partitions are set manually by operators with swiftness and precision in accordance with the intended use.
